Meeting Times

Start up and registration for the fall semester will be September 11th for the Apprentice Band, (open house September 11th, open to everyone) and September 18th for the Concert Band. See calendar page for open house information and full schedule. Attendance as a committed member, students are expected to attend ALL rehearsals and performances. If you are sick or going on vacation you must contact the director. Students must attend the rehearsal prior to a performance in order to perform.

Band Fees

$150 Enrollment Fee (per student)

If the student participates in a second band, we ask an additional $25 to cover the cost of the music making the cost $175.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are not a requirement to be in band, however private lessons are strongly encouraged. A student will generally progress faster and develop better playing habits through taking private lessons. Practice. Daily practice is required of all band members. Beginners should practice minimum 30 minutes a day to start! Intermediate & Advanced players should practice at least 45 minutes a day (5 days a week).
